Returns & Exchanges Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or would like to exchange any item(s) you purchased the Cherokee Nation Gift Shop will refund the amount of your purchase excluding shipping and handling. Exchanges will be processed upon receiving the product back to the Cherokee Nation Gift Shop. Please be aware that another shipping and handling fee will apply at the same rate of the original order for the exchanged item(s). Returns and exchanges must include your receipt and original tags within thirty (30) days of your receipt. Please send all returns/exchanges to the following address:

Please note that if an error is made on the Cherokee Nation Gift Shop's part and an exchange is required then shipping and handling will not be added to the exchanged item (i.e. we send a wrong size, color, style, etc.)
Proof of Purchase
Cherokee Nation Gift Shop will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by regular mail when your order is shipped.
The customer can contact the Cherokee Nation Gift Shop @ 800-256-2123 to find out the status of their order. We can provide them with a tracking number for the package.
CherokeeGiftShop.com accepts Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit or debit cards associated with a billing address within the U.S.
CherokeeGiftShop.com does not accept American Express for online orders. However, if a customer would like to purchase an item with an American Express card, he or she can simply call (800) 256-2123 to complete an order. Debit cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order. The Cherokee Nation Gift Shop requires the credit or debit card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase to protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).
Cherokee Nation Gift Shop will be using UPSP Priority Mail. Please expect your package to arrive within three to five business days from the day of shipment. During this time, tracking numbers will be available as soon as possible.
USPS Priority Mail will be used for shipping service for most orders. Large orders or orders containing large items may see an increase in shipping/delivery time. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the email provided by the customer. Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to noon Eastern time and shipping to the address listed with your credit card company as your official billing address will arrive as specified above. Orders placed after noon Eastern time will be shipped out the next business day.
USPS will be used for P.O. Box billing and/or shipping addresses with an estimated shipping time of 5-10 business days. Also on orders that are considered reduced shipping orders. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday. If you require next day shippinig please call our order department at 800-256-2123 and expedited shipping can be arranged at an additional charge.
We do not ship outside the United States.

Cherokee Nation Gift Shop allows you to make your purchases using any of the payment methods described below. Please read our policies carefully, especially with respect to payment methods, before you place your order.
Whether you order online or by phone, you may pay by credit or debit card. When you provide Cherokee Nation Gift Shop with your card information, we will obtain a pre-approval from the card company for the amount of the order, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place. Cherokee Nation Gift Shop will not bill your credit card or process a transaction under your debit or credit card until your order ships.
Offer is valid on orders unless item specified. If special shipping is required your order will be called in for rate. Special item shipping rates are calculated according to the purchase value of your order. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments. If you choose to ship Standard Ground and are shipping to multiple addresses, you will be charged $10.00 per address.
Signature requirement on packages is available at an additional $5.00 charge. This means that in order for a package to be delivered a signature will be required. If you would like this option you will need to select it as your shipping and handling preference during the checkout process.
