Proof of Purchase
Cherokee Nation will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by regular mail when your order is shipped.
The Customer can contact the Cherokee Nation Gift @ 800-256-2123 to find out the status of their order. We can provide them with a tracking # for the package.
Payment Methods
Credit, Debit, and Check Cards
CherokeeGiftShop.com accepts Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit, or debit cards associated with a billing address within the United States. CherokeeGiftShop.com does not accept American Express. However, if a customer would like to purchase an item with an American Express card, she or he can simply call (800) 256-2123 to complete an order. Debit cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order. The Cherokee Nation Gift Shop requires the credit, or debit card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase to protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).
Estimated shipping time is 5-10 business days.
Orders placed on weekends, will be processed on Monday. If you require Next Day or 2nd Day shipping, please call our order department at 800-256-2123
Our normal shipment method is ground shipment.
Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to noon Eastern time and shipping to the address listed with your credit card company as your official billing address will arrive as specified below. (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days.) We do not ship outside the United States.

Special item shipping rates are calculated according to the purchase value of your order. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments. Whether you order online or phone in your order to Cherokee Nation Gift Shop, you may pay by credit or debit card. When you provide Cherokee Nation Gift Shop with your card information, we will obtain a pre-approval from the card company for the amount of the order, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place. Cherokee Nation Gift Shop will not bill your credit card or process a transaction under your debit or credit card until your order ships.
